Yes. You must be an active ACRE Partner member, or someone deeply embedded in the real estate media industry or content creation space. The program is designed for people who already understand what we're building and can authentically represent it.
We open a maximum of 3 ambassador spots per quarter. This is intentional. We're not building a large affiliate network — we're building a small group of genuinely invested leaders who represent the brand at the highest level. Spots are competitive and go fast.
During the trial you'll produce your 2 monthly reels, hit community engagement targets, and host your first quarterly workshop. We also evaluate whether you're bringing partner referrals or contributing to ACRE's content strategy. At the end of three months we do a formal review and confirm full ambassador status.
Silver Partnership normally requires both a monthly fee and an initiation investment. As an ambassador, the initiation fee is waived entirely. That waiver, combined with the monthly credit covering your Silver membership, brings the real total value to $1,000 per month — the equivalent of what a paying Silver member invests when you factor in the initiation amortized over their first year.
Revenue share is paid monthly, applied as a credit to your membership or as a direct payment. It applies to any partner you refer who signs up for any ACRE tier, and continues as long as that member stays active. After 5 successful referrals, your rate increases to 20% retroactively.
After completing the 3-month trial and receiving full ambassador status, you're first in line for coaching roles. Co-coaching alongside the ACRE team earns 40–50% revenue share. Coaching independently with your own clients earns a 70–80% split. Retainer roles start at $1,000 to $4,000 per month. Our full-time coaches average over $100,000 in year one.
Before starting as a coach, you'll sign a full NDA and confidentiality agreement. All ACRE frameworks, SOPs, templates, playbooks, and training materials are our sole intellectual property — they cannot be reproduced, shared, or repurposed outside of your work with us. Member data and call recordings are strictly confidential. A 6-month non-compete applies within the real estate media coaching space after you leave. These terms apply to every coach regardless of arrangement and are non-negotiable.
