Introduce yourself and your agency
Who are you, where are you based, and what does your agency actually do? Give us the real picture — current revenue range, team size, how long you've been in business, and what you're most focused on right now.
We want to understand your current stage and trajectory, not just the highlight reel.
What do you uniquely bring that we're not already getting?
This is the most important question. Don't tell us you're passionate or a team player. Tell us the specific skill, audience, creative angle, network, or expertise that nobody else in our community has at your level.
Think: creative production chops, social following in a specific niche, strong referral network, unique market access, content creation skills, team-building experience, etc.
Walk us through your best accomplishment
Pick one. Your best creative win, your biggest social growth moment, your proudest business milestone, or the thing you've built that made you realize you were capable of more than you thought. Tell the story.
Specific beats general. Numbers, context, and the real challenge you overcame are what we're listening for.
How would you contribute to the ACRE community and brand?
Tell us what your quarterly workshop topic would be, what kind of content you'd create, how you'd show up in the Slack community, and whether you think you could realistically refer qualified partners to ACRE. Be honest — we'd rather hear a realistic picture than an ambitious pitch you won't execute.
Bringing in partner leads or contributing to ACRE's content direction is a major plus. Tell us if that's something you see yourself doing.
Where are you trying to be 12 months from now?
What's the version of your agency — and your career — that you're working toward? And how does being an ACRE Partner ambassador accelerate that? We want to know what you're building toward, not just where you've been.

Answer the prompts in order and be specific. Vague answers get filtered out fast.
Face on camera the whole time. Energy and personality matter as much as the content.
Don't read off a script. We want to hear how you actually talk, not how you think you should sound.
5 to 10 minutes is the sweet spot. Under 4 means you skipped something. Over 12 means you repeated yourself.
Use real numbers wherever you can — revenue, followers, team size, results. It signals credibility.
Tell us about referrals or content help early if that's something you can bring. It moves you to the top of the list.
